Should be coming up pretty soon, with Luo Feng's strength, he should feel confident enough to allow them to transcend reincarnation. They were able to get Moyu Qingyan to Eternal True God with resources and such, so I imagine the most talented from the Original Universe would be able to get that far (further than I thought!)
