Biography[]
An Meng Zi is a World Master from the Black Dragon Mountain Empire. He is known as the Flame World Master and was considered an absolute elite, even having been recognized by Law of Fire . While he was considered strong within the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield, he was much weaker than Jiang Tian Chen. He has three galaxies as his territory[2].
He arrived at the Universe Mercenary Alliance base in hopes of reaping the treasures of the World Within a World on Cang Lan Star, but was rebuffed by Chinia. Eventually, the 4 organizations and 2 sacred lands of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire held a meeting and he sent 10,000 Stellar Level 9 explorers to the world.
