Biography[]
Bitter Wind Seigneur was a Second Level God King (cultivating in the Great Dao of the Space Origin) Guest Official of the Flame Wind Ancient Kingdom, and one of the top-10 sinners on the Continent of Origin. Bitter Wind ruled a huge island close to the ancient kingdom, which contained 39 Chaos States. Due to its good location, it had about half the number of living beings of the 155 Chaos States ruled by Hu Yang City, but they were all at the mercy of Bitter Wind.
As part of his plan to clean up the continent, Luo Feng killed Bitter Wind Seigneur with the Lie Yuan Technique and took his corpse.
