Description[]
The Black Dragon Mountain Empire is a decent medium-sized civilized nation in the universe, governing the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield[1], one of the roughly 13,000 starfields managed by the Ganwu Universe Country.[3] Established and owned by Black Dragon Immortal, it has direct control of over 8,000 galaxies[4] and over 500 low-level vassal nations, including the Silverblue Empire and the Kaluo Empire. Due to being under the Ganwu Universe Country, a citizen of the empire could join the Ganwu Dojo.[5]
As a medium-sized civilized nation, it has an island within the Virtual Universe, Black Dragon Mountain Island, within which those under its jurisdiction dwell.[6] Earth, as part of the Milky Way, a galaxy under the Silverblue Empire, fell under its jurisdiction until the Milky Way was granted to Luo Feng for his performance in the Pinnacle Genius Battle.[7]
Despite its relative size, in terms of strength and talent it has been generally considered a lower-level nation under the Ganwu Universe Country.[8]
Organizations[]
While the Black Dragon Mountain Emperor rules the empire in name, in practice the true leader of the empire is Black Dragon Immortal, who created the God Country Black Dragon Mountain that is the centerpiece of the empire.[9] Along with the Black Dragon Mountain, there is also Ice Sea God Country, the two God Countries being considered holy lands of the empire, and the two strongest powers within.[10]
Possessing comparable fighting power to the two holy lands are the four large organizations, each having a group of World Master fighters! Their backgrounds even extend to higher-ups in the Ganwu Universe Country. Rather than representing the government of the empire, they belong to the people.[10] Due to their strength, even the emperor hesitates to offend them.[11] The strongest of these is Three Axe Mountain, an organization whose lowest-level members were Universe Level!
Below the two holy lands and the four large organizations are the sixteen families, each having at least one World Master, and along with the two holy lands, representing the government of the empire.[10]
Power[]
The Black Dragon Mountain Empire has two Immortals who dwell within; the leaders of the two holy lands, Black Dragon Immortal and the God Leader of Ice Sea God Country. As ordinary Immortals, neither are close to Immortal Marquis-level, which is why the entire empire had to show respect to Hu Yan Bo.[1] Their World Masters were generally ordinary, some not even 3 star clients of one of the major banks, so some could not even join the Huge Axe Dojo.[12]
There are close to 100 World Masters within the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield, and those pinnacle World Masters who were recognized by the Original Laws were rare, considered the elite of the empire. With this in mind, an organization possessing a Domain Master warrior was considered pretty good.[13] Any Domain Master with any reputation would generally be recognized.[14] A Universe Level Huge Axe Warrior like Nuolan Shan was a big deal within the empire, with only 12 living who had been awarded the title.[15] A Domain Master Huge Axe Warrior had only been seen once in the last 10 million years, and a World Master Huge Axe Warrior was basically a myth![15]
The resources of the empire were not at the level of the Ganwu Universe Country, much less the Virtual Universe Company. It was impossible for Luo Feng to have the Yun Mo Spaceship repaired there, for instance; they simply lacked the resources.[16] An Automaton Ship was a rare sight within the starfield[17], and even their royal family did not possess an E9 Grade Laser Gun.[18] Even the Black Dragon Mountain Emperor could not immediately part with 600 Mixed Yuan Units![19] There was no F Grade spaceship in the entire empire![20]
Despite this relative lack of strength, this is still an empire that controls over 6,000 galaxies! The number of life planets is terrifying, and thus there was plenty of Stellar Level talent within. While the empire did not have any representatives within the top 10,000 of the Ganwu Universe Country selection portion of the Pinnacle Genius Battle prior to Luo Feng's Pinnacle Genius Battle[21], the Stellar Level 1 Luo Feng was very unpleasantly surprised in one of his battles within the Black Dragon Mountain Island Killing Fields![22]
