He's a ferocious being, wearing a fiery cape, blood-red armor, and a blood-red mask. He has two golden horns on his head and a scaled tail. He exudes endless ferocity.
Biography[]
More than 3 million eras past, Blood Cloud Palace Master built an infamous reputation within the Original Universe. He was an evil lunatic, powerful and mysterious, with his background, identity, race, and true power all unknown! He killed countless Immortals, including two Universe Masters, and made enemies with almost 99% of the powers within the universe. He killed without consideration of background, and he'd kill even those on the home of the being he killed. Sometimes, he'd even attack the core of a race's territory. He truly had no boundaries!
Utilizing the flying palace-type Top Arcana Blood Cloud Palace, he escaped whenever he felt disadvantaged, he was unable to be defeated. He was a lone Universe Master, he had no constraints or attachments. The Northern Territory Alliance lost the most from all of the Nine Superpowers, losing a Universe Master, multiple Top Universe Overlords, and other great beings, so they were most unforgiving of him and the feeling was mutual. His personality was innately provocative, offending top powers in the universe through both actions and words.
When Luo Feng arrives at Blood Cloud Palace to retrieve the fifth black metal from the Nine Volume Manual, he meets Blood Cloud Palace Master...who turns out to be Zuo Shan Ke! Blood Cloud Palace Master was an identity he created for his third disciple. To train his disciple to the True God level, he created an identity with no attachments that made enemies of all races but the Human Race. By doing so and using the Blood Cloud Pearl, he hoped to provide his disciple with the combat experience necessary to push his training to cultivate to the True God level. He understood that training and practicing alone was not sufficient for a Universe Master to cultivate to True God.
Once Luo Feng was strong enough, Zuo Shan Ke sent him to the location of the Blood Cloud Palace so that he could take on this identity and train to True God level. Luo Feng used the Blood Cloud Pearl to transform his Golden Horned Beast body into the Blood Cloud Palace Master, and used that identity to fight within the Original Universe and Universe Ocean.
Strength[]
Three million eras prior, the Blood Cloud Palace Master was about the strength of the current You Hou Master, so he was weaker than Ice Mountain Master and Primal Chaos City Leader, so he was probably considered Universe Master Level 3. Luo Feng's fights with Sinking Fire Master and then Star River Master caused others to believe the new Blood Cloud Palace Leader was comparable to Universe Master Level 5.

- Sitting Mountain Guest's Blood Cloud Palace Master body has somewhat unclear strength; he is explicitly described as a pinnacle Universe Master (Tier 3)[2], but he has killed two other Universe Masters, something that would be difficult for an ordinary Tier 3 Universe Master, is explicitly stated to be superior to the Tier 3 Universe Master Sinking Fire Master, and is stated to be comparable to Primal Chaos City Leader. The latter two statements, coupled with the increase of his assessment after Luo Feng's fight with Star River Master, imply that he may have been Top-Tier Universe Master Level 3 in the past, but Luo Feng's Blood Cloud Palace Master is akin to Top-Tier Universe Master Level 4.
