Different bloodlines have different evolution efficiencies. Some evolve easily during life-or-death situations, some others have it much harder even in the same situations[1]. Some races, when they reach maturity can reach Stellar Level or even higher. This is the bloodline. Golden Horned Beast has a bloodline that can reach World Master at maturity, which is considered as an Elite Grade bloodline whereas Earthlings fall under 9th and 10th Grade bloodline. The Bloodline of an individual can be improved with Bloodline Evolution Agent, whereas to improve the bloodline of an entire Planet or a Race the beings of that planet or race have to improve their own Cultivation and give birth to stronger fighters which will eventually lead to higher bloodlines, they can also mass distribute some external items like Purple Light Drink to have more Student Level Fighters. The ancestors of Manka Clan did the same thing.
