Personality[]
Unlike many other members of the Heart Shadow Sect, Qiu Yi learned from the mistakes of the Primal Chaos Sovereigns of the sect and does not kill wantonly. He does not approve of the current methods of the sect and only provides assistance due to loyalty to the sect master. He continues to pursue strength and does not wish to communicate with the other elders of the sect.
Biography[]
Qiu Yi is an extremely powerful Eternal True God member of the Heart Shadow Sect who returned to the sect to assist it in establishing its foundation in Hu Yang City. He only provides his assistance to their efforts to take over the city due to his relationship with the sect master, Feng Yu Qi.
In the past, Qiu Yi was only a relatively outstanding Eternal True God, but by the time of the attack on Hu Yang City, he was almost as powerful as Heart Eye Elder[2]. He served as part of the hidden power of the sect when they launched their attack. After Luo Feng began killing members of the sect, Qiu Yi controlled the Heart Shadow Devil General as part of the Great Destruction Matchless Formation to attempt to hold him off.
In the aftermath of the Battle of Hu Yang City, it is implied that Qiu Yi was allowed to survive with a lesser punishment since he did not needlessly slaughter the weak[3].
Strength[]
Qiu Yi is an incredibly powerful Eternal True God, close in strength to Heart Eye Elder, with Willpower at the ordinary Primal Chaos Sovereign level[4]. Training to a very high level in the most core inheritance of the Heart Shadow Sect, the Heart Shadow Art, he has comprehended 5 Primal Chaos Sovereign Techniques[5]. When controlling the Heart Shadow Devil General, he's even more difficult to deal with than the Heart Eye Elder with the Heart Devil Hawk[2]! Even Flame Wind Guild Hall Deputy Master acknowledged the ability of Qiu Yi[6].
