Biography[]
Chinia is a Universe Mercenary Alliance Ganwu Special Envoy sent by her teacher to patrol the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield. During her time there, she learned of the existence of the World Within a World on Cang Lan Planet and took measures to control the situation. She prevented anyone above Stellar Level from entering the testing location once World within a World was discovered[1]. The leader of the Ganwu Universe Country's 3rd Army (presumably an Immortal Marquis) is her teacher.
With the backing of her teacher, she prevented the World Masters Jiang Tian Chen, Ba Si Ha, and An Meng Zi from entering the World Within a World, forcing the major entities of the Black Dragon Mountain Empire to abide by the rules of the Universe Mercenary Alliance and send groups of Stellar Level cultivators to the World Within a World.
