Biography[]
Clarence is a member of the HR Alliance, in charge of research and documentation of the Earth Ruins. At the beginning of the Golden Horned Beast Earth Incident, he revealed the existence of Space Beasts to the higher ups of Earth and gave an estimate of the type of beast it was and it strength. He knew it was a 'swallowing' type of Space Beast, and estimated that it was either Planetary Level 8-9 or a low Stellar Level beast.
