On average 1 Universe Level is born in each Galaxy.
A Universe Level 1 is 40 times stronger than an average Stellar Level 9.
At this level ones spiritual energy (mind), physical energy (body), genetic energy and will naturally reach an incomparably beautiful and harmonious state and the fusion of these forces produces energy that can have a controlling effect on the surrounding space.

Domain Master

Once you have reached the Domain Master level you will typically start to step into the threshold of a lower law.
Fusion the 9 black hole to form one big black hole. The galaxy within will get completely swallowed by the big black hole and formation life core.
A domain lord powerhouse is powerful enough to be fought over by nations with a few galaxies under them.
Domain lords have a life core that can be in any part of their body. Because the life core of a domain lord needs to be destroyed in order to kill them, domain lords are capable of surviving a destroyed head and domain lord-level slaves are rare. (Slaves tend to be controlled via a chip implanted in the brain)

World Lords try to obtain a deep understanding of a certain lower source of the law, and even get the recognition of the source of the law. They also began to have a preliminary understanding of the superior laws (usually the space law)

Outer Region War Sector Lord Classification:
One sector lord tends to appear for every 1000 galaxies.
Sector lords are capable of storing and carrying lifeforms around in their miniature world.

As sector lords are capable of maintaining their youth, they will only perish after 1,000 eras(or 10 million years) when their soul collapses.

They comprehend a certain low-level original law (gold, wood, water, fire, earth, wind, thunder, and light), and gradually comprehend the corresponding upper-level original law (usually the space law). Cultivators who through the lower level of the origin laws (generally 90%+ understanding of a law), formed a divine body, and managed to imprint a soul imprint on every part of their divine body to form a miniature world kingdom.
Every Immortal/Immortal King has a known title as a moniker. E.g. Blade River King.

Universe Master

- 3 Reincarnation Eras if they live in a True God Masters's Miniature Universe - Eternal if they live in a the Miniature Universe of a Void True God or higher level cultivators.

There are two ways of becoming a Universe Master.
Comprehending both the Law of Space and Law of Time and any Lower Law.
Perfectly fusing any Lower and Upper Law. For example the Beast Gods follow this path.
When a Universe Venerable breaks through to become the Universe Master then the Original Ocean with a diameter of tens of billions of kilometers descends, transforming their Kingdom of God and increasing their divine power by a hundredfold. As such they have transcended Space & Time and became a Universe Master. Within a certain space around them, they can stop the Original Laws Operation, however as powerful as they are, they still cannot detect their Operation. A singular blow from a Universe Master makes a normal Universe Overlord lose 10% of their Divine Body.

There are two ways of breaking through to True God When someone breaks through the Original Universe will protect that person and prevent any form of interruption. Their Kingdom of God will be transformed into a Miniature Universe

Void True God

(虚空真神)

Tier 11 to 13

- ETERNAL if live in a Holy Land of ultimate God king and above

Capable of creating a "void space" with a single thought.

Only a Void True God and above can survive beyond 3 reincarnation eras.
The diameter of a Void True God's miniature universe ranges between 1 billion and 10 billion light years.
Of course, for their miniature universe to reach a diameter of 10 billion light years, comparable to the lowest level of Eternal True God, is only spoken of in legend as even geniuses who broke through with a life gene level of 90,000+ are unable to reach it.
When one was a Void True God, it was usually unlikely for the miniature universe to be of a diameter that was merely one billion light years. Normally, the size would not be so ridiculously small. Weaker true gods of void space would have miniature universes with diameters around two billion light years, while stronger ones would have miniature universes with diameters around three billion light years. The elites’ miniature universes could reach diameters of four billion light years, while those of extraordinary talents could reach around five billion light years. In short, the higher-level one attained on the social scale, the more difficult it was to maintain the miniature universe.
Their miniature universes or "Holy Lands" can house lifeforms and allow them to transcend the 3 reincarnation era limit, living forever unless the Holy Land is destroyed.
Each Holy Land can house a certain number of True Gods, Universe Masters, Universe Knights and below. Within the Miniature Universe of a Void True God, it is possible to train to the True God level as long as the Void True God is willing to pay a hefty price by partitioning a section of their miniature universe for the True God's usage. Therefore, they will have a limited and specific number of True Gods and Universe Masters, despite others having the comprehension to breakthrough, as their miniature universe can only sustain a certain number.
If it is no longer their reincarnation era and the Void True God dies or their Holy Land is destroyed, all those who reside in their miniature universe including True Gods, Universe Masters, and Universe Knights who may be exploring the Universe Ocean outside of the miniature universe will similarly die.
Once one breaks through to the Void True God level in the Universe Ocean, they will be forced to transcend reincarnation shortly after and ascend to the Land of Origins.

Eternal True God

Eternal True Gods can similarly survive beyond the 3 reincarnation as well as store lifeforms in their miniature universes.
Compared to True Gods and True Gods of Void Space, Eternal True Gods can house many more lifeforms in their miniature universes.
The miniature universe of an Eternal True God can easily allow its residents to break through to the True God level with little cost to the Eternal True God as their miniature Universe would recover from the cost quickly. Of course, they would have to pay more of a cost to allow one of their residents to break through to Void True God, however once they break through, they would be able to rely on themselves to transcend reincarnation and the Eternal True God would slowly be able to recover the cost.
The lowest level miniature universe of an Eternal True God has a diameter of 10 billion light years. According to legend, an absolutely perfect miniature universe of an Eternal True God can have the diameter of 100 billion light years. Therefore, the miniature universes of Eternal True Gods range between 10 and 100 billion light years in diameter.

Capable of making Supreme Laws.

Can be reached by comprehending a higher level of natural laws, which is extremely difficult.
Overlord was the highest level of the Chaotic Origin Lifefrom class. Chaotic Origin Lifeform was a higher dimensional being that existed outside the entire Origin world. Anyone below this level is viewed as a 2-D to 3-D being, like a painting.
