Domain Technique is a Talent Technique that Mosha Clan members can learn. There are Universe Venerable members of the race that have this technique[2]. After Luo Feng's Mosha Body absorbed the essence of the Space Heart, it reached a Life Gene Level of 100 and obtained this Talent Technique.
With this technique, the Mosha body literally turns into space, with a 10,000 kilometer range. It can then change back into the Mosha body at any point within the 10,000 kilometer range, even if the area was under the effect of Lockdown. While this could be prevented by a Universe Master or higher cultivator, it was not something that a Universe Venerable could stop!
While this skill worked on the Mosha body itself, it is not Teleportation, so it could not use it to carry another body, unless it carried a World Ring with the body in it.[3]
