Biography[]
Empress of Wind City is a Second Level God King and the founder of Reincarnation Building[2]. She is indigenous to the Continent of Origin and thus resides in the Dong Ji Region, and is one of the original 12 God Emperors. She is considered the most unfathomable of the 12, having reached the second level of God King in both the Great Dao of the Time Origin and the Great Dao of the World Origin.
Seeking to survive the reincarnation era of the Continent of Origin, she founded Reincarnation Building, personally inviting those she felt were truly extraordinary and were not direct members of the Ancient Kingdoms. After learning that Luo Feng was responsible for the death of Wu Xiang Ancestor's body in Infinite Space and Mist Envoy, she saw that he was favored by the Supreme Operation Laws, and invited him to join Reincarnation Building.
