Pa Lu's suicide[]
Pa Lu Celebrates after assuming Luo Feng's death
Pa Lu blows himself up trying to take Luo Feng with him
Pa Lu fires his E9 Grade Laser Gun at Luo Feng, however Luo Feng reacts in the nick of time and releases the Earth Automaton Ship from his storage ring which is barely able to withstand the attacks. Luo Feng's Universe Level 9Earthling Body is nearly crushed to death by the impact, so he switches to his Domain Master Level 9 Mosha Body to better withstand the impact. Just as Pa Lu is celebrating his victory, Luo Feng's Domain Master Level 9 Cloud Vine constricts around his body and rips out the arm holding the E9 laser gun. Luo Feng peers into Pa Lu's mind and discovers the Thousand Star Sect is behind the attack, he also gets a glimpse of Po Yu. In a desperate final attempt to take Luo Feng down, Pa Lu blows himself up, but the Clod Vine blocks the explosion and contains it. Luo Feng collects the E9 laser gun as spoils of war and contemplates the motives of the Thousand Star Sect hunting down VUC members.
VUC leadership having a discussion about Bolan's disappearance[]
Venerable Nine Swords and King Longyu tracking the VUC Secret Realmsmembers who accepted the Devil Mountain Mission, when King Zhenyan raises the question of why they allowed other VUC members to risk their lives in Devil Mountain instead of sending members with more battle experience and higher cultivation. Venerable Nine Swords does not answer the question, but instead brings up that Bolan had strong willpower and the only time he would be defenseless would be during the Secret Realm Qualification Battle. Venerable Nine Swords suspected that it was not a coincidence, but there were spies who had infiltrated.
Meeting Mo Luo[]
Luo Feng takes possession of the E9 Grade Laser Gun
Luo Feng was inspecting Jia Laixi's fatal wounds when Mo Luo arrives and assumes Luo Feng was the murderer without context. Mo Luo tries to contact the VUC, but the signal is weak deep in the caves of Devil Mountain. Mo Luo is vigilant against Luo Feng, but after inspecting Jia Laixi's wounds, he finds it incompatible with Luo Feng's weapon and style of attack, as well as his personality. After clearing their doubts, Mo Luo and Luo Feng decide it would be safer to stick together and look for Bolan. Mo Luo keeps Jia Laixi's corpse in his storage ring.
Venerable Nine Swords suspicions[]
Venerable Nine Swords suspects that it was the Zerg Race who is behind the murders of multiple human geniuses. King Zhenyan brings up Luo Feng's reports of traces of the Zerg Race on Blood River World and points out that the only ones who had access to Blood River World are the Secret Realms geniuses.

Mo Luo stabs Luo Feng in the back
As Luo Feng and Mo Luo continue to fly and search for Bolan, Babata finishes analyzing Jia Laixi's memory chip. As Luo Feng takes a look at the video footage. Mo Luo sneaks up behind Luo Feng and attacks him just as he finds out Mo Luo was the culprit behind Jia Laixi's death. His claw attacks heavily injure Luo Feng who tries to fight back against Mo Luo using his Yan Shen Armament while his Cloud Vine tries to help Luo Feng bear the brunt of the attack. Unfortunately, the ground below Luo Feng gives way and a powerful suction force drags Luo Feng down to the abyss. Luo Feng uses the Cloud Vine in an attempt to gain footing and he tries a last ditch attempt to drag Mo Luo down, but Mo Luo uses a laser gun to repel the attack. The suction force is too great and it pulls Luo Feng down under.
Venerable Nine Swords intentions behind sending out the secret realm members[]
Venerable Nine Swords finally tells King Zhenyan and King Longyu that the reason he didnt send members with higher cultivation was because he wanted the enemy spy to let his/her guard down and lure him/her out.
Luo Feng's struggle to survive his fall[]
Luo Feng transforms into the Golden Horned Beast Body
Luo Feng's Mosha Body takes the form of the Ice Bear Mystical Beast
As Luo Feng is about to pass out, a vision of Xu Xin snaps him back to reality and he transforms into the Mosha Body which shapeshifts into a Drill, similar to the drill form of the Soaring Shuttle. His Mosha body tries another strategy, which is to turn into a hige boulder and try to trap itself, but unfortunately the suction force is tsill too strong and it breaks apart the Mosha body. Luo Feng tries to use his Golden Horned Beast Body to escape but to no avail. Luo Feng then uses his Mosha Body to transform into the ice bear as it is immune to demon sound attacks due to their lack of souls and can reform their bodies even upon destruction. As he hits the ground of the Abyss World, he breaks apart but immediately reassembles himself.
Po Yu explains Mo Luo's role to Wu Qi[]
Po Yu tells Wu Qi that Mo Luo has a similar task assigned to him, which is to kill all the Secret Realm geniuses. She reveals to Wu Qi that Mo Luo provided her with the detailed timeline of when to take action against Bolan. Po Yu tells Wu Qi to hasten the search for Bolan's whereabouts and to confirm Luo Feng's death. Po Yu talks to herself and expressed her intention to use Mo Luo as a scapegoat.
Mo Luo meets Rong Jun and Wu Ka[]

Wu Ka bumps into Rong Jun and both are approached by Mo Luo.
