A giant snake with two wings. Its abdomen is silver-white while its back is blue-black. The giant snake has nine horns on its forehead, which entwine and form a crown. It has golden eyes.

Evil Wing Sect Master was one of the 3 Universe Overlords that Emperor Yan directed to attack Luo Feng and prevent him from arriving to ask for the Robbery Armor. He was unaware that Venerable Ma Sha and Mud Frog Sage would also be present. Due to the Mosha clan technique 'Domain,' he and the others were unable to prevent Luo Feng from making it to Emperor Yan.
