Appearance[]

A repulsive creature with 3 horns on his head and eyes like a hawk. He had thick, sturdy arms and was around 30 meters tall. He grasped an ancient spear with three bloodstains on its tip.

Biography[]

Forked Blood Palace Leader is a Universe Overlord from the Northern Territory Alliance. When Luo Feng obtained a blade from Blade River Luo, Forked Blood Palace Leader and Venerable Bei Feng were the first two to arrive and attack him. They worked together and attacked him with soul attacks, Spirit Weapons, and his special attacking technique, but they were unable to noticeably damage Luo Feng as he was wearing the Robbery Armor. After their failure, they met up with the other members of their alliance, who were beginning to arrive, and they retreated on Overflowing Demon Master's later orders.

Strength[]

Forked Blood Palace Leader is a renowned Universe Overlord from the Northern Territory Alliance. While his Divine Body wasn't extremely large, he wielded 3 Arcana, including the attack-type High Arcana Forked Blood Spear. His Thirteen Spears technique uses 13 attacks, consuming 9% of his Divine Body in combination with special techniques contained within the spear. Each attack is faster than the previous attack, and it was powerful enough to consume 1/10,000th of Luo Feng's Divine Body, even though he was wearing the Robbery Armor. Using this technique, he could surpass the limit of the third form of a Common Arcana armor!

Despite his ability and his Arcana, he can be considered a normal Universe Overlord.
