Description[]

The Donghua translates Ganwu Universe Country as "Mega-mana Cosmic Empire"^[2] or "Qianwu Empire"

The Ganwu Universe Country is located in the Ganwu Main Star Sector and it is led by Lord of Ganwu. It is considered one of the Human Race's highest-level universe civilizations. As it runs the Ganwu Main Star Sector, it has about 13,000 Starfields, over 100 million Galaxies, and nearly 1,000 medium-level civilizations under its jurisdiction, including the Black Dragon Mountain Empire.^[1] The number of Immortals within the Ganwu Universe Country exceeds 10,000^[3], the number of World Masters exceeds 1 million^[4], and the number of Universe Levels exceeds 1 billion!^[5] Just the number of Stellar Levels confident enough to compete in the Pinnacle Genius Battle exceeded 822.5 billion!^[6]

Citizens who fall under its jurisdiction appear on the Ganwu Continent when they connect to the Virtual Universe.^[7] The only dojo allowed to officially exist and accept disciples in bulk within the Ganwu Main Star Sector is the Ganwu Dojo, also founded by the Lord of Ganwu.^[8] While a high-level universe civilization, a World Master Huge Axe Warrior is still only a myth within the Ganwu Universe Country!^[9] Every 3 years, 3 star and higher clients of the Universe Star River Bank and Universe First Bank who reside in Ganwu territory are allowed to participate in the Ganwu Auction.

Currency[]

The currency of the Ganwu Universe Country is Ganwu Coins. They can be used in any civilization subordinate to the Ganwu Universe Country, and can be exchanged for currency from any subordinate civilization. However, the inverse is not true; one cannot legally exchange currency from those vassal civilizations for Ganwu Coins, and must use the black market to do so.^[10] Use of Ganwu Coins in subordinate civilizations is a mark of high status.

Ruling Structure[]

The supreme leader of the Ganwu Universe Country is Lord of Ganwu, a Universe Venerable who has existed for billions of years! He has 18 God Generals serving under him, including Thirteen.

Imperial Family[]

The Imperial Family (乾巫宇宙国皇族(Qián wū yǔzhòu guó huángzú)) is directly led by Lord of Ganwu and has a number of Immortals who work under him. The Imperial Family specially trains elite Stellar Level geniuses, who they send to the Pinnacle Genius Battle. Over 100 million geniuses trained by the Imperial Family participated in the same Pinnacle Genius Battle as Luo Feng.

Three Hundred Kings and Marquises[]

The universe country has 32 kings and 268 marquises, the heads of their 300 noble families. They are also called three hundred princes and marquises (三百王侯, Sānbǎi wánghóu, lit. Three Hundred Kings and Marquises or Princes and Marquises or Royalty and Nobility). Despite being called kings and marquises, almost all of them are Immortal Marquises, and none of them are Immortal Kings, as true Human Race Immortal Kings are typically under one of 5 Leviathans of Humanity. These 300 are extremely powerful, and they belong to the best among the over 10,000 Immortals within the universe country.^[11] The families they lead are much more powerful than the royal families of the universe country's subordinate medium-level civilizations!

Virtual Universe Company[]

As the Virtual Universe Company controls the economies of the 1,008 Universe Countries of the Human Race, as well as the armies of 504 of the armies of those countries, they have half of the controlling power of the Ganwu Universe Country, with the other half being controlled by Lord of Ganwu.^[12] However, due to the power of the Virtual Universe Company, even the Lord of Ganwu had to listen to them.

Virtual Universe Company Country Department[]

The Virtual Universe Company (VUC) placed three tycoons at the highest level to manage the Ganwu Universe Country's VUC affairs, and overseeing these tycoons is a Supervisor Envoy. The Ganwu Department, as it governs the Ganwu Universe Country’s over 10,000 Starfields and over 1 hundred million Galaxies, has an incredible number of employees. In addition to the three tycoons, there are 322 other Immortals, in addition to another 820 million important personnel.

Military Department[]

The Military Department (武部(Wǔbù)) refers to the strong warriors who are part of the VUC's management, along with the collection and nurturing of geniuses within the Ganwu Universe Country. This department is managed by Golden Feather Marquis.

Business Department[]

The Business Department (商部(Shāng bù)) refers to the businesses, their hundreds of millions of employees, and the huge interests involved. This department is managed by Purple Lightning Marquis.

Army Department[]

The Army Department (军部(Jūn bù)) refers to the Ganwu Universe Country's Universe Army. This department is managed by Black Yan Marquis, however, unlike the Military and Business Departments, the Army Department shares its management with the VUC.

Ganwu Universe Country Army[]

The Ganwu Universe Country's Universe Army is an incredibly powerful force with over 100 million Universe Levels, 1 million World Masters, and over 10,000 Immortals^[14]. This army is the most powerful and important force of the Ganwu Universe Country, and is managed by the Army Department in addition to the VUC. The army is divided into 100 different smaller armies^[15].

Ganwu Universe Country's 9th army falls under VUC's Army Department. The 9th Army is also named the 9th Collective Army, comprising 100 groups. Every group has 1 Immortal, 100 World Masters, 1,000 Domain Masters , and 10,000 Universe Levels. The entire 9th Army has over 1 Million soldiers^[15]^[16]. Groups are led by an Immortal Army Lord and the leader of the 9th Army is 9th Army Leader, an Immortal Marquis.
