Description[]
Also known as Human Alliance or Hong Alliance is one of the peak alliances in the Original Universe formed by Human Race and their allies, Human Race is the head of the entire alliance. Supreme Council on the other hand only allows Human Race beings. The official members of the Hongmeng are at least Immortal Kings, the humans have close to 100,000 Kings, and with the other races together, the number of Kings exceeds 3 Million. The rarest and most valuable items of Humanity are normally dealt with within the Hong Alliance Auction, These treasures are only circulated among a large number of powerful fighters in this alliance[2]. The smallest amount of deals in Hongmeng starts at 1 Billion Mixed Units.
Hongmeng Levels[]
The Star Level of the official members of the Hongmeng is always determined according to their battle record. The stronger the record, the higher the Star Level. All Hongmeng members have a Star on their shoulders representing their Level. According to the battle record and strength, the Virtual Universe System will automatically update the rank.[3]

Hongmeng Virtual City[]
Hongmeng Virtual City is separated into the outer, inner city along with the palace. The Outer City houses the beings from Star Level 1 to 3 whereas the Inner City has 4-6 Stars members living in it. At the core of the city is a majestic over 1 Million Km tall palace, almost like a huge blade piercing into space, this was the Hongmeng Palace for 7 Star and Palace Masters. Since Hongmeng Virtual City is inside the Virtual Universe all of the beings regardless of their Cultivation have the same body except for their consciousness.
Pu Ya Palace[]
Pu Ya Palace is the only gambling den in the entire city. Even though it is taxed by the alliance, its profits are shocking, and it cannot be bought or sold either. There’s no way to request to build another gambling den in the city, there’s just this one. Not just Pu Ya Palace, all the businesses have number limits. These shops have to have at least a Universe Venerable backing before they can begin. Hence, not everyone can simply have businesses in Hongmeng.
Universe Treasure Hall[]
Universe Treasure Hall is the best shop in Hongmeng City. There are countless treasures on the first floor, and the second floor has even more valuable items. Some could be bought with Mixed Units. Others were contraband, and one had to exchange them with other treasures using a barter system. This is where Luo Feng bought the King Armor for 5 Billion Mixed Units[4].
