When Luo Feng's Remote Ocean body achieved the Perfect Life Gene Level of 10,081, the Original Universe origin bestowed the Talent Technique I Am the Universe (我为宇宙). The basic requirements were a Divine Body with the Perfect Life Gene Level and at least 30 times amplification. To perform it, the Divine Body needed to be burned. Even though this technique was bestowed on the Remote Ocean body, once Luo Feng reached the Perfect Life Gene Level with his Earthling and Golden Horned Beast bodies, he could also use the technique with them (because their Divine Bodies could then handle the Divine Power consumption).
Initially, when Luo Feng broke through to Immortal, the only way he could perform this technique was with the original Remote Ocean body, as it was the only body large enough to sustain the Divine Power necessary. Once his Earthling and Golden Horned Beast bodies reached the Perfect Life Gene Level, they could also perform the technique at the Immortal level. However, the Remote Ocean body could still only use it if he used its original body; the Remote Ocean avatar created by the body, with only 10% of the original body's strength, was not large or powerful enough to execute the technique. However, once Luo Feng broke through to Universe Venerable, his Divine Body was amplified by 100 times, which meant that even the Remote Ocean avatar was 10 times stronger than the baseline necessary to execute the technique![2]
This technique burned Divine Power, creating a miniature universe that could trap the user's enemies. Inside the miniature universe, the enemy's power was suppressed while the user's power was enhanced, due to the universe laws. Each time it was cast, it would last for 9 seconds, and 10% of the Divine Body would be consumed if the technique was activated for the full 9 seconds. The miniature universe created was oval-shaped and 10 billion kilometers in diameter, but could be shrunk to 100 million kilometers; shrinking the miniature universe would thicken the universe membrane, making it tougher to escape and focusing the power.[3] The user has absolute control of the miniature universe, with full knowledge of what goes on within it, and the ability to manipulate the chaotic airflow.
It has multiple abilities, including 'Rolling and Crushing by Universe Grinder,' where much weaker opponents are ground into nothingness by two great airflows moving in opposite directions. Its strongest ability is 'Explosion of Universe,' in which the miniature universe would collapse, creating a massive explosion of energy. The magnitude of this power was unbelievable.
Despite creating a miniature universe, this was not a manipulation of time and space, and it was not a domain Arcana, so it could be combined with techniques and Arcana like Golden Country and Flame Sand Cup, with I Am the Universe significantly enhancing their power. Even though it is called a miniature universe, it is not a true Miniature Universe as energy was neither recyclable nor inexhaustible.
Later, after receiving the spiritual weapon Mechanical Treasure Bi Yan Chain, he was able to perform the evolved version of this technique, Universe Chain.
