Ice Prison Planet is a Planet in the outer most area of the Wu Hua Secret Region. It is home to the Dou Kou Race and was the location of 3rd board of the Nine Volume Manual. It is a desolate and dangerous planet, far from the Human Race. If one relied only on flying at 80 times light-speed, it would take over a hundred years to reach it from the territory of the Human Race.
