Disciple of the Yao Hai and an Immortal Army Lord whose Soul was invaded by the Zerg Race. He was one of the targets of Luo Feng's mission on the Dream Underworld Planet. He was killed by Long Chi Er with just one attack, the reason he died so quickly was because Jeffries was a weak Immortal who hadn't reached the true Immortal Body.
