The Kaluo Empire, is a universe low-level civilization or empire, one of over five hundred in the Black Dragon Mountain Empire. Its power is ranked in the top three of these five hundred empires. Kaluo Empire’s number one family is the Kaluo imperial family, whose strongest member is a Domain Master. The Kaluo empire’s second-greatest family is the Wei Di Family (Gao Sheng Wei Di is part of this family), their strongest warrior is a Universe Level warrior, and the Kaluo empire’s third-greatest family is the Nuolan Shan Family, their strongest warrior is Nuolan Shan, another Universe Level warrior.
The Kaluo Empire has a territory of 26 galaxies; many smaller low-level empires only had two galaxies![3] Despite this relative strength, due to their strongest member being a Domain Master, they would not dare to provoke another Domain Master.[4]
