Biography

Luo is originally from the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield. In his youth, he earned the Domain Master 'Huge Axe Warrior' title, thousands of times rarer than the Universe Level 'Huge Axe Warrior' title received by Nuolan Shan^[4]. With two of his Domain Master 'Huge Axe Warrior' comrades, he founded Three Axe Mountain, which became one of the 4 large organizations within the Black Dragon Mountain Starfield. He was considered the most exceptional of the 3 founders, but also had the greatest ambition^[4].

Luo sought to fully comprehend the Law of Time before breaking through to Immortal, which would result in him becoming an incredibly powerful Immortal. If he joined the Ganwu Universe Country, he would have been the top Immortal under the Lord of Ganwu^[3]! Due to his accomplishments in the Law of Time, he became known as the Time World Master.

Toward the end of his lifespan, he realized that he likely wouldn't fulfill his ambition, and instead decided to focus on comprehending the Law of Light and becoming a normal Immortal. Unfortunately, he got stuck for over 800,000 years in his comprehension, resulting in him having only over 20,000 years of his lifespan remaining at the start of Swallowed Star^[4]. Despite failing in his ultimate ambition up to that point, Luo was still considered one of the 3 strongest World Masters in the Ganwu Universe Country, and could even escape alive from an ordinary Immortal.

While watching the elimination round of the Pinnacle Genius Battle, he picked Hong to be his disciple, noting his talent and character^[5]. Having come to terms with the possibility of his death, he wanted to pass on his knowledge and techniques, allowing them to live on beyond him. Warning Hong that he would have to spend the next 20,000+ years following him around the universe, he gave Hong 10 days to consider the decision^[3].

After Luo Feng's battle with Rong Jun, Hong accepted Luo's offer^[6]. On July 27, 2066, Hong and Luo left on their journey. With his status as a Huge Axe Warrior, Luo was able to get Hong accepted into the Huge Axe Dojo, getting them to help nurture his disciple^[7]. Later, Luo joined Hong at Luo Feng's welcoming ceremony, along with his friend Bushi Ka^[8].

It is left unclear whether Luo successfully broke through to Immortal and lived on.

Personality

In his old age he seems a little resigned to his fate, but you still get flashes of his unwillingness to give up. This was a man who hoped to master the Law of Time before becoming an invincible Immortal! His talent and ability have earned him the respect of all of the World Masters in the Ganwu Universe Country. He wants to spend his remaining 20,000+ years roaming the universe and breakthrough to become an Immortal.
