The Luo Fu Pipit Board is considered an exceptional flying Spirit Weapon even among the Immortal weapons. Only a few Immortal Marquis possess it, most who have it are Immortal King level at least. Once one is able to trigger it fully, their speed will rise greatly. It is much more effective at flying than a Level 5 Spirit Weapon like Dark Cloud Shuttle.
To train with it, you first have to let it suck your blood, then use your spirit energy on it as it has a thread of its own life and thus has to merge with both your spirit energy and your blood.
The price of the board was about 1-2 million Mixed Yuan Units, but since it is naturally formed, it is extremely rare and hard to buy. Having it was a display of status.
Luo Feng obtained this weapon at the shrine at the end of the first part of the Devil Note Inheritance Palace. It was left behind as a treasure.
