Description[]
He is the eldest twin of Luo Feng and Xu Xin. Growing up unlike other children's of Earth him and his brother Luo Hai got started training in Martial Arts since they were toddlers, normally children of Earth wouldn't get a teacher, but he and Luo Hai's teacher were Stellar Level slave Luo Feng bought and Di Fan (Universe Level). Compared to Luo Hai he has a mild character, if Luo Hai is considered as a copy of his father then he is a copy of his mother, but both brothers role model is their father. He is not into fighting and cultivation a lot, he focuses more on family business.

- Even after thousands of years he calls Xu Xin "Mum" or "Ma", and Luo Feng "Dad".
- When Luo Feng was going through Life and Death Inheritance of Star Tower, and everyone thought he had died, Luo Family and Ping Hai Company was in trouble. Luo Ping used Wine to forget his troubles, emptying bottles after bottles[4].
- This comparison highlights the facial designs of Luo Ping and Huo Yuhao from Soul Land 2 (Donghua). As both Soul Land and Swallowed Star are produced by Sparkly Key Animation Studio, character models are occasionally reused between the series.
