Biography[]
Luo Yan Zhang is Luo Feng's and Xu Xin's 8th great-grandson, and thus a member of the Luo Family. When Luo Feng returned to Earth after leaving for 200 years for Primal Chaos City for the first time, Luo Feng visits an old restaurant in secret with Dylan. Yan Zhang's underling, Yan Huan, causes trouble at that restaurant. According to Dylan he is vicious, appearing one way but secretly acting another.
