A black-scaled figure. His true body was as majestic as a mountain, and covered with dense black scales. He had a large scaly tail.

Biography

Mu Yang was the president of the Blood Python Guild, one of the Dark Forces of Hu Yang City. He was a powerful Eternal True God, considered far more powerful than his vice-presidents, and understood that the reputation of his guild was built through fighting, rather than a strong background. He was also discerning enough to understand that Luo Feng wished to fight him, and was smart enough to not pursue Luo Feng until he knew more about him, choosing instead to pay him 20,000 Universe Sands to end their conflict.

Despite being the leader of the Blood Python Guild, he lacked the funds to purchase the second part of the Chaos Iron-Blooded Sand Method of Bloodline Cultivation Method, leading him to reach out to Blood Cloud to seek buying it on credit. When rebuffed and told to take more risks to earn more money, he killed Diao Rong Yan and robbed his residence, altogether earning 220,000 Universe Sands.

The Flame Wind Guild Hall's Dark Hall had a bounty task to kill him, with a bounty of 120,000 Universe Sands, the seventh-highest bounty offered. After he killed Diao Rong Yan, Diao Rong Qi added 40,000 Universe Sands to his bounty, bringing it to 160,000 Universe Sands, the fifth-highest bounty for a resident of Hu Yang City.

When Luo Feng attacked the Blood Python Guild headquarters, Mu Yang eventually fought him. After trading attacks and using his Mechanical Treasure Life Blood River to force Luo Feng to use Duan Mie, Mu Yang attempted to escape, realizing that he could not defeat him. Luo Feng then used the Chaotic Golden Wings to prevent his escape and easily kill him.

Strength

Mu Yang was an extremely powerful Eternal True God, capable of leading a Dark Force. While controlling Life Blood River, Mu Yang was able to preserve his life even in the face of an entire Hu Yang Legion (other than the one led by Moli Xiao), and his strength was equal to an entire top-10 Hu Yang Guard unit! According to Moli Xiao, only a handful of residents of Hu Yang City were able to kill Mu Yang.
