Biography[]
Nuo Si Wu is one of the main managers of the purchasing department of the Virtual Universe Company. As a main manager, he typically dealt with Immortal Kings. He appraised the goods that Luo Feng acquired in his battle with Ci Wei Ka, ultimately giving him a price of 4.6 billion Mixed Yuan Units. He noted that he's not normally that generous with ordinary Immortal Kings, and it's implied that he treated Luo Feng the way he did due to his status as a direct disciple of Primal Chaos City Leader.
