Pinnacle Arcana

Pinnacle Arcana (巅峰至宝(Diānfēng zhìbǎo), lit. Pinnacle/Peak Most Valuable/Precious Treasure/Asset, called Pinnacle True Treasure in the fan translation) are normally wielded by Tier 4 or 5 Universe Masters and by poorer True Gods. They may also be provided to lower-realm geniuses valued by their clans, organizations, etc. Universe Masters with Pinnacle Arcana are generally able to roam the Original Universe and Universe Ocean without much concern for others^[1]. Pinnacle Arcana are among the rarest treasures in the Original Universe, and can be considered once-in-a-lifetime treasures. They are easier to find in Universe Ocean, but are still mostly found in the Three Dangerous Lands^[2]. While poorer True Gods and those who lead races will value Pinnacle Arcana, they generally have little worth to lone True Gods or True Gods able to acquire multiple Xeon Arcana^[2].

As Arcana, they have 3 levels or forms that are activated through Original Law comprehension or Divine Power^[3]. Universe Masters capable of fully utilizing the third form of a Pinnacle Arcana are typically Tier 5 Universe Masters^[4]. High-level Pinnacle Arcana have multiple functions; for example, the Robbery Armor, in addition to defending against material attacks, provided defense against Soul Attacks and granted the user additional strength. Considering the rarity of Xeon Arcana (some of the Nine Superpowers didn't have one!), Pinnacle Arcana would send numerous races into a frenzy, causing incredible battles on the Original Stars and in Universe Ocean, and they could be considered part of the foundation of a Powerful Race. The most valuable Pinnacle Arcana (typically Domain-type, Flying Palace-type, or Soul-type) are incredible treasures that are considered comparable to Strange Objects^[5].

In the Human Race exchange, an ordinary attack-type is worth about 1,200 Arcana points^[6], making them over 10 times as expensive as their Top Arcana counterparts, while Zerg Empress explicitly stated that providing 9 Top Arcana to a True God to kill Luo Feng was the equivalent of paying 1 Pinnacle Arcana^[7]. In the World of Jin, even if you exchanged hundreds or thousands of Pinnacle Arcana, you wouldn't receive a Xeon Arcana^[8]. Even for someone as talented as Sitting Mountain Guest, refining a Pinnacle Arcana took significant effort, and the materials for a Domain-type Pinnacle Arcana were so scarce that he felt even the Human Race may not be able to gather them^[9]. The most dangerous parts of the Three Dangerous Lands can destroy Pinnacle Arcana^[10].
