The Purple Moon race dominates the Purple Moon Holy Land Universe, ruling over a few other vassal clans and making up the majority of the population. They are led by Purple Moon Ancestor, a Void True God and are thus very arrogant. Their great beings had unique looks. Those of the purest bloodline had 8 faces and 24 arms, the 2nd-purest had 4 faces and 16 arms, and the 3rd-purest had 3 faces and 8 arms. The most ordinary ones would have just 1 face and 2 arms. This divided their clan into 4 classes, with the purest bloodline having the greatest potential. However, once anyone became a Universe Master, there would be no differentiation between high and low-class, as they are all great beings. At the time of their appearance in the story, they had a few hundred Universe Masters.
Any Universe Master who emerges from Purple Moon Holy Land to Universe Ocean is at least a Universe Master Level 4; this meant that their weakest Universe Masters in Universe Ocean were comparable to Ice Mountain Master. Their strongest Universe Masters are Universe Master Level 6, complete with Xeon Arcana!
While they had survived countless Reincarnation Eras and lived prosperous lives under Purple Moon Ancestor, their good fortune ended when he decided to antagonize Luo Feng. After Luo Feng successfully obtained the Duan Dong River inheritance, he began capturing Universe Masters from the race with Star Tower, then in the World of Jin he executed all members of the race who were present within. Finally, after Morosa became the Sector Beast King, it devoured the origin of the Purple Moon Holy Land Universe at Luo Feng's orders, killing all members of the Purple Moon Race, except for Purple Moon Ancestor.[2]
