Biography[]
Quincy is a Universe Level military instructor, working for North Dragon City, as well as a 1 star mercenary of the Universe Mercenary Alliance. One of his subordinates is the teacher of Heruo and Buleimu. He was present when Nuolan Shan, Luo Feng, Hong, and Lei Shen had their skirmish in the hall of the Killing Fields. As he respected Nuolan Shan as a Huge Axe Warrior, he cheered when Nuolan Shan defeated the 3, despite all 4 having similar bodies.[2] He also offered to find the group's real bodies and kill them for Nuolan Shan.[3]
