Biography[]
Rock Wind Xiong was the city leader of Swallow Mound City. Despite being weaker than Chun Yu Tao, he was able to become the city leader due to his ability to absorb a Blood River Crystal and his being the student of the World City leader, Si Yong. He had been a Domain Master for over 100 years by the time Luo Feng arrived in Swallow Mound City, and was known for having a selfish personality.
As Luo Feng hunted for Blood River Crystals, he became aware of Rock Wind Xiong, who likely had an extra crystal, despite absorbing one. After killing his younger brother, Rock Wind Zhan, Luo Feng made his plans to kill him.
While entertaining Special Envoy Mo and Special Envoy You from the Immortal Temple, he sought information on his brother's whereabouts, as it was rare to meet envoys from the Immortal Temple. While expressing his frustration with his brother, he was attacked by Luo Feng, who eventually killed him after faking his death.[3]
Strength[]
Rock Wind Xiong was a Level 2 Domain Master with a Level 9 Domain; he had even entered the gateway of the Law of Lightning ! His attacks were strong enough to injure Universe Level 9 Luo Feng, and he was a Controller, using a Spirit Weapon comprising around 1,000 assassination weapons. He also wielded a large purple sledgehammer, with which he launched attacks infused with lightning law. Without the Yan Shen Armament, Luo Feng had to resort to faking his death to kill him.
