Spirit Energy (精神念力, lit. Spirit Telekinesis, also referred to as 念力, lit. Telekinesis, or 精神念能, lit. Spirit Mental Power/Spirit Power) is a particular type of energy produced by a cultivator's Consciousness. Spirit Energy and Soul Energy can be considered the same thing. Spirit Energy builds as a cultivator's Consciousness strengthens, which can cause headaches and even comas until their body gets strong enough to withstand it[1]. The stronger the body, the more spirit energy it can withstand.
Spirit Energy can be trained in many ways, but the strong in the Original Universe have developed optimal methods of training. Aboriginals who have not been integrated into Universe Culture tend to have primitive methods of training. For Spirit Masters, Spirit Energy is considered the soldier guided by the general, Consciousness, which is ordered by the commander-in-chief, Willpower.
Spirit Energy is formless, but can be used to move inanimate objects (Controllers follow this method), for Soul Attacks and Illusion Attacks, to establish or break Spirit Imprints, to scan areas[2], and even to block sound[3]. It also aids in their flight after they break through to Planetary Level[4]. Weak levels of spirit energy can be stopped by normal metals, but as the strength of the energy increases, few materials are able to block it. It is rare to find materials that can block the spirit energy of an Immortal[5].
