The Supreme Operation Laws (至高运转法则, Zhìgāo yùnzhuǎn fǎzé, lit. Supreme Operation Law, also 至高无上的宇宙海运转规则, Zhìgāowúshàng de yǔzhòu hǎi yùnzhuǎn guīzé, lit. Supreme Operation Rules of Universe Sea) are a series of laws/rules that rule over all of Universe Ocean. Even the Original Laws and the Origin Will of the Original Universe have to bow in its presence. It has no ability of thought or will, but it must be strictly followed, else one would be punished. It was Ancestor Yuan's breaking of the Supreme Operation Laws that caused his suppression by the Origin Will[1]! Only the Supreme Operation Laws can give orders to True God and higher cultivators[2].
It is the Supreme Operation Law that dictates everything within Universe Ocean, including the reincarnation of the Original Universes, the birth of the Sector Beasts, why Sector Beasts were forced to fight each other until the birth of a Sector Beast King, why True Gods were forced to either transcend reincarnation within 3 Reincarnation Eras or perish[3], why no one could speak of anything surpassing True God in Universe Ocean[4], and even why the great beings and Divine Power of the World of Jin cannot enter Universe Ocean[5]! The supreme laws guide those who break through to Void True God to transcend incarnation[6], allow reincarnation of great beings, and even allowed Zuo Shan Ke to keep his memories from being a God King, but it restricts him due to his knowledge and Willpower[6]. Even Zuo Shan Ke, with all of his memories, only had a patchy understanding of the supreme laws[3].
When Luo Feng reached the Ultimate Life Gene Level of 100,000, the Supreme Operation Laws descended to congratulate him, forcing everyone in the Original Universe to kneel[7], except for Zuo Shan Ke, who avoided it by traveling to his Miniature Universe[3]. When Luo Feng begins to have success in the Sector Beast War by enslaving Morosa and other Sector Beasts, the supreme laws express their disapproval by first emitting a powerful force through his Miniature Universe (when he enslaved Morosa)[8], and then by adding an additional Iron Rule of Fate, preventing Luo Feng from forestalling his battle with the final Sector Beast[9]. Zuo Shan Ke posited that when Duan Dong River Zhen Kan Wu and his forces used Universe Boat to attempt to enslave weak Sector Beasts, the Supreme Operation Laws worked with the Origin Will to use the power of the Original Universe Origin to kill them and damage Universe Boat[6].
Legend says that when one surpasses the God King level (becoming an Overlord), the Supreme Operation Laws can no longer restrict them, and they can even make Supreme Operation Laws[6]!
