One of the many Races in the Original Universe, they are allied with the Zerg Race. They have a sacred land, Thunder Spring, and every infant would be placed in that area, when they could use their own strengths to climb up to the peak of the area and out of it, only then would their nurturing stage be complete. Hence every one of them is naturally proficient in Lightning Original Laws, they could naturally control it and their comprehension of the law too naturally made their strengths powerful[2]. Just like the Mosha Clan being proficient in the Space Laws and the Golden Horned Beast in that of the Gold Laws. Even though they had natural talent, they mostly relied on the evolution from the Thunder Spring sacred land. Hence, in terms of comprehension and law unleashing, they couldn’t compare to the Mosha Clan. Their weakness is their population size, it isn't even a millionth of the Human Race.
