An incredibly beautiful palace that floated in space itself, the Tian Shi Palace serves as a watchtower of sorts for the Virtual Universe Company (VUC) to monitor Blood River World. The palace's master is Tian Shi Palace Master, a Top Universe Overlord of the Human Race, and some of the VUC's absolute warriors train within, in addition to their monitoring duties. Tian Shi Palace Master is a legend, but is well-known to have not left the palace for hundreds of millions of years.
The palace is enormous, there is a sector within that has enough space for a spaceship to accelerate to Universe Travel speed! On the 1st level's side chamber is a huge screen, on which the World Masters in charge of watching over Blood River World could observe the goings on. A single hall on the first level was at least 1,000 kilometers in length and width. Within that hall were many spaceships, of at least E Grade, some even of F Grade!
Those working within the palace have specific clearances and authority. The receiver of the palace, Merlock, did not have permission to follow Luo Feng on the 2nd level, for instance. The first 8 levels of the palace were all vast but were extremely organized. The 9th level, however, had a length and width of tens of thousands of kilometers, and its height was also ten thousand kilometers. It was so large that the Earth could fit in this one hall! It wasn't segregated into individual spaces, it was simply a vast hall of endlessness!
Tian Shi Palace Master demonstrated the 36th wonder of space for Luo Feng on the 9th level of the palace.
