Tie Zong is a member of the Extreme Martial ClubSpecial Forces. He was sent with Puka to take away the Laser Cannon that Li Yao planned to use on Luo Feng. When they arrived in Australia, Tie Zong ordered Klein and the others to disassemble the laser cannon and put them in crates so the Extreme Martial Club could take them away.
His strength was insufficient to cause Li Yao to worry, but James refused to antagonize him, so he's likely at least Apprentice Level 8.
