Top Arcana (顶级至宝, lit. Top/First-Class Most Valuable/Precious Treasure/Asset, called Top-Tier or Top True Treasure in the fan translation) are normally wielded by Universe Masters, and are sometimes owned by Top Universe Overlords[2]. They may also be provided to lower-realm geniuses valued by their clans, organizations, etc. Those of higher value, such as Palace-type, Domain-type, or Soul-type, are comparable in value to Pinnacle Arcana and may be used by Tier 4 or 5 Universe Masters, but most Universe Masters cannot obtain them[3]. Those higher value Top Arcana drive Universe Masters mad, resulting in massive battles in places like the Original Stars and Universe Ocean[4].
As Arcana, they have 3 levels or forms that are activated through Original Law comprehension or Divine Power[5]. Top Universe Overlords capable of using Top Arcana weapons are easily able to easily defeat Universe Overlords who only have High Arcana armor[6]. Universe Masters who acquire Top Arcana are able to execute their Universe Master Strongest Techniques through them, making even ordinary Top Arcana desirable to Universe Masters capable of traversing Universe Ocean[7].
Depending on the type, Top Arcana are worth between at least around 80 Arcana Points in the Human Race exchange[8] (with Domain treasures costing at least 2,000)[9], and are generally 10 times more expensive than High Arcana of the same type. The Human Race also grants a valuable as precious as a Top Arcana to new Universe Masters of the race[10].
