This black hole could instantly reduce a Universe Venerable to ashes, so it is extremely dangerous to traverse without sufficient strength or Arcana[2]. Upon exiting the Toya Black Hole the region around the Black Hole is surrounded by a total of natural 39 wormholes, which are used to traverse Universe Ocean.
