One of the five Leviathans of Humanity, it was founded by Desolation Master. It hosts tests for beings of the human race to become mercenaries. A very loose organization, it's said by Babata that more than 99% of fighters and spirit readers join the alliance.

The explorers aren't required to take any examination, all they had to do was to go sign up and they’d immediately become explorers. The trainee mercenaries are required to take the examination. In the trainee mercenary examination, one could immediately participate after reaching the Stellar level. Every subsequent rank is also required to take their corresponding exams[3].
