Biography[]
Wei Che, also called Black Yan Marquis, is an Immortal Marquis of the Virtual Universe Company (VUC). She is one of the Three Tycoons of the VUC's Ganwu Universe Country Department, leading the Army Department. She introduced the 9th Army Leader and his army to Luo Feng[2].
