A disciple at the Ganwu Dojo and citizen of Horned Dragon Planet. Luo Feng's first alien altercation was with him at One Hundred Flavors Restaurant on Dragon Star. He was gloating about him buying a level 2 Spirit Weapon of highest quality for 6 Billion Black Dragon Coins, it was an axe like metal disc.
While he was showing off his weapon, he startled Sha Sha, causing her to spill food on it. When he attacked her, Luo Feng defended her, resulting in their brief altercation.[3] Wei Lin made plans to bother Luo Feng after he joined the Ganwu Dojo, but he was never seen again.[4]
