Biography[]
Windmill is a participant in the same Pinnacle Genius Battle as Luo Feng, stationed on the same world as Luo Feng during the Ganwu Universe Country Elimination Stage. Until he fought Luo Feng, he was considered a warrior close to invincible within the city in which they landed.
A Spirit Master who had stepped through the gateway of the Law of Wind , his speed and ferocity were legendary within the city. His green wheel Spirit Weapon could split into two semi-discs, and his attacks were fast and hard to predict, forcing Luo Feng to use the Yan Shen Armament for the first time in the tournament. In the end, he lost to Luo Feng, but he still qualified as one of the top 1001 of Ganwu Universe Country.

He congratulated Luo Feng on reaching rank 3 within the Training Space Elimination round, but was not able to move to the next level. He was offered a spot in the Ganwu Secret Region[4].
