He is a Manager of a Slave Shop found at Dragon Star Slave Market. Usually two Stellar Level 9 bodyguards followed him. Luo Feng contacted him for buying Stellar and Universe Level slaves when Earth was under attack by Nuolan Shan Family. He was highly respectful to Luo Feng due to his ability to purchase a large number of slaves, but cold and brutal toward his slaves.
